Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue that stimulates the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland without significantly affecting cortisol or prolactin.
Mechanism of Action
Acts as a ghrelin mimetic, binding to the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R) in the pituitary to stimulate GH release. Highly selective with minimal effect on other hormones.

Subcutaneous injection. Best results when administered fasted or before sleep. Often stacked with GHRH peptides.
Considerations for Men & Women
Women: Selective GH secretagogue with minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin, making it well-tolerated in women. GH response may be more pronounced in premenopausal women. No established effects on menstrual cycling at standard research doses.
Men: Equally well-tolerated. The selectivity for GH release (without significantly raising cortisol, ACTH, or prolactin) makes it preferred over less selective GHRPs like GHRP-6 in both sexes.
