Human Growth Hormone (HGH) peptide vial

Human Growth Hormone (HGH)

Human Growth Hormone (somatropin) is a 191-amino acid protein identical to naturally produced GH. FDA-approved for growth hormone deficiency, Turner syndrome, and other conditions. Widely used off-label for anti-aging and performance.

Mechanism of Action

Binds to GH receptors throughout the body, stimulating IGF-1 production in the liver. Promotes protein synthesis, fat metabolism, and cellular regeneration across multiple tissues.

Typical Dosage (Research)

Medical: 0.1-0.3mg/kg/week divided into daily doses. Anti-aging: 1-2 IU daily. Performance: 2-6 IU daily, sometimes higher.

Subcutaneous injection, preferably at night to mimic natural pulsatile release. Rotate injection sites. Store refrigerated.

Considerations for Men & Women

Women: Generally more sensitive to growth hormone, requiring lower doses to achieve equivalent IGF-1 levels. Oral estrogen use increases GH requirements by suppressing hepatic IGF-1 production; transdermal estrogen does not have this effect. GH replacement doses are typically 30-50% lower in women than men for comparable outcomes.

Men: Higher baseline GH clearance rates mean men often need relatively higher doses. Testosterone co-administration may enhance GH effects on body composition. Monitor for interactions with TRT protocols.

Individual responses vary. These notes reflect general trends from research literature and are not medical advice.

Side Effects & Risks

Joint pain, water retention, carpal tunnel syndrome, potential insulin resistance, and acromegaly features with long-term high doses.

May promote growth of existing tumors. Can cause diabetes with prolonged use. Illegal without prescription. Quality concerns with black market products.

Who Uses Human Growth Hormone (HGH)

Those with diagnosed GH deficiency, anti-aging protocols, athletes and bodybuilders (off-label/prohibited in sports).

Mod GRF 1-294 shared

Mod GRF 1-29 (Modified GRF 1-29, also called CJC-1295 without DAC or Tetrasubstituted GRF 1-29) is a modified growth hormone-releasing hormone analog with improved stability over natural GHRH.
