NA-Selank Amidate
NA-Selank Amidate (N-Acetyl Selank Amidate) is an enhanced version of Selank with improved stability and blood-brain barrier penetration. The modifications increase bioavailability and duration of cognitive and anxiolytic effects.
Mechanism of Action
Same core mechanism as Selank - modulates BDNF, serotonin, and norepinephrine systems. The N-acetyl group improves membrane permeability while the amidate modification increases enzymatic stability.

Typical Dosage (Research)
Intranasal: 100-400mcg 1-3 times daily. Lower doses needed compared to standard Selank due to enhanced bioavailability.
Primarily intranasal administration. Can be used sublingually. More stable in solution than standard Selank.
Considerations for Men & Women
Women: Enhanced version of Selank with improved stability. Anxiolytic and nootropic effects appear similar across sexes. No known interactions with hormonal contraceptives. Safe cycling profile for both sexes.
Men: Same nootropic and anxiolytic benefits. Intranasal administration. No sex-specific dose adjustments established.
Individual responses vary. These notes reflect general trends from research literature and are not medical advice.

Side Effects & Risks
Generally well-tolerated. Possible mild fatigue or nasal irritation. Less frequent dosing needed than standard Selank.
Limited research data. Most evidence extrapolated from Selank studies. Long-term effects not characterized.
Who Uses NA-Selank Amidate
Those seeking enhanced cognitive function, anxiety management, and stress resilience with more convenient dosing.
